BUYERS - TO SERVE YOU, "I WILL"...
• Search Multiple Listing Service to match buyer's specific needs to match criteria of area, bedrooms, lot size, price, etc. several times a day.
• Call the buyer immediately when something new has come on the market, as well as any properties reduced in price.
• Network with fellow agents to gain immediate, first-hand information on any potential new listings.
• Preview listings on a weekly basis, forever familiarizing myself with the marketplace.
• Preview properties saving buyer time/effort in search.
ONCE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED, "I WILL"...
• Perform Marketing Value Analysis of the property.
• Negotiate best possible price/terms.
ONCE THE OFFER IS ACCEPTED, "I WILL"...
• Review all contract documents.
• Make sure all inspections are done in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely receipt of all documentation from the seller.
• Maintain open, frequent communication with the title company, seller's agent and lender for a "worry-free" transaction.
• Maintain weekly contact with the buyer - more if necessary.
• Assure all terms in the contract are fulfilled.
IN CLOSING THE SALE, "I WILL"...
• Supervise the buyer's walk-through inspection
• Personally attend and assist with the closing.
• Definitely keep in touch, especially after closing.

• Prepare and distribute sales information to all potential Realtors/Lenders through the Multiple Listings Service

• Distribute promotional brochures, letters, advertisement to targeted markets through direct mail services and local newspapers
ONCE POTENTIAL BUYER IS LOCATED, I WILL...
• Coordinate appointments
• Follow-up on all showings
• Report to you with customer feedback
• Negotiate best possible price/terms

• Maintain signed documents
• Make sure all inspections are performed in a timely manner
• Ensure timely receipt of all documentation from buyer
